HOMESTEAD FARM YARNS

 The farm is home to Icelandic and Shetland sheep, from which roving and yarns of all weights are spun. Icelandic fleece is perfect in lace weight for socks and lace work, to lopi, a very bulky yarn for sweaters and hats,in both natural and dyed colors. Icelandic is now offered in 2 ply worsted and bulky worsted,new this season. Shetland  is also made in lace weight to lopi with everything in between. Our roving is a big hit with spinners and needle and wet felters alike. Look through all of the selection before making your decision of which project is next for you.
